Is there flexible training for the app?
Swept offers training and support from humans, when you need it. Sign up for Swept and get access to our amazing customer service team who will help get you set up for success. Onboarding only takes a couple of hours and can save you at least an hour a day.
What if I need help with the app?
Need help with something? Our support team is available Monday to Friday through our chat (click on the icon in the bottom right of your screen).
What is the cancellation policy?
If you have a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time. The cancellation period is 30 days.
Does the Swept product support residential cleaning companies?
Right now our product is built to support janitorial companies, not residential cleaning companies. We are looking to change this in the future so please sign up for our newsletter to get news and updates!
