Avery Teachey, Servicemaster, Elizabeth city NC

What we'll discuss...

Scheduling and monitoring time on-site is a vital part of running a profitable janitorial franchise.  Truthfully, this aspect of our industry is nearly as old as the industry itself.

Our panel-style conversation will get input from three ServiceMaster franchises on their use of 'timekeeping' to grow their business.  They will share how old and new approaches to this practice are providing opportunities to advance their franchise to greater financial prosperity.

We will explore the impact on client attraction & retention, employee turnover and operational efficiency through the use of old and new approaches to timekeeping platforms.
